Jalen Hale, a sophomore wide receiver, suffered a significant knee injury in spring practice.

He has been rehabbing since that time, but the native Texan is taking it one step at a time. Hale had five catches 148 yards and a touchdown in 2023 to assist the Crimson Tide to a Southeastern Conference Championship. He shared an update to X on how he’s doing and Tide fans are continuing to encourage him. The 6-foot-1, 189-pounder is a playmaker that Alabama hopes to have back at some point.
