Dominant in-state 4-Star DL returning to visit Alabama

Vodney Cleveland confirmed he will return to Tuscaloosa to visit the Alabama Crimson Tide this weekend.

Cleveland is set to play his junior season at Parker High School in Birmingham, Alabama. The 2026 recruit currently garners a four-star rating from multiple recruiting sites. He will also visit Auburn this weekend with Tigers expected to host him Saturday before he makes his way to Tuscaloosa.

Alabama re-offered Cleveland in June when he made his way to Tuscaloosa to camp under the Tide’s staff, and he had an opportunity to catch up with Kalen DeBoer after impressing at camp.

“I think coach DeBoer is a great guy, great coach, and he’s going to hold everyone accountable and to a certain standard,” Cleveland said. “Alabama is still going to be Alabama.”

At 6-foot-4 and 305 pounds, Cleveland is dominant in the trenches for the Lions. He plays with active hands combined with an explosive burst off the snap of the football.
