Jalen Milroe is starting to gain more traffic and respect from National Football League insiders when it comes to the NFL Draft.
The quarterback for Alabama football has produced a strong season as a second-year starter.

He has 2,232 passing yards, 608 rushing yards, and 32 total touchdowns in 10 games. Milroe has the Crimson Tide at 8-2 on the season with opportunities to play for a Southeastern Conference Championship and make the College Football Playoff intact.
The 6-foot-2, 225-pounder is an impressive athlete that has improved as a passer. He is competing against Shedeur Sanders (Colorado), Cam Ward (Miami), Quin Ewers (Texas), and Carson Beck (Georgia) to be the first quarterback taken in next year’s draft. Dan Orlovsky, an NFL analyst for ESPN, was featured Thursday on The Next Round show to discuss Milroe and other draft-eligible quarterbacks. The former NFL signal-caller believes teams ‘will fall in love’ with Milroe because of his intangibles.
“Teams are gonna sit with [Jalen Milroe] and fall in love with his character, the work ethic, the way he carries himself…
I wouldn’t be surprised if he vaults up draft boards.” @danorlovsky7 on @AlabamaFTBL Quarterback Jalen Milroe pic.twitter.com/jCgRtYQPsZ

“I think [Jalen] Milroe is going to be a guy that physically is absolutely freaking remarkable,” Orlovsky said.
“He has improved as a passer and teams are going to sit with him and just fall in love with his character, fall in love with his work ethic, fall in love with the way he carries himself. I would not be surprised if he vaults up draft boards.”
Milroe, a native Texan, comes from a military family. His father, Quentin, served in the United States Marine Corps while his mother, Lola, served in the U.S. Navy. Milroe’s upbringing prepared him to handle adversity, but also lead by example.
He is a player that can walk into an NFL locker room and lead guys from day one.
