WR DeAndrew White—Overall [A]
Summary: DeAndrew White’s NFL Draft stock continues to rise. He followed up a productive NFL combine with a stellar pro day. White finished his first attempt in the 40-yard dash at 4.34 seconds (unofficial). He was clocked at a 4.37 on his second run.
His leaping abilities were exceptional in the vertical (36.0 inches) and broad jump (10’1”). He caught passes consistently, and showcased great route running abilities. White was projected as an undrafted free agent by CBS Sports, but his performances at the combine and pro day could position him as a fifth or sixth round pick.
RB T.J. Yeldon—Overall [A]
Summary: A faster 40-time is what T.J. Yeldon wanted to accomplish at Alabama’s pro day. He got it done Wednesday by running a 4.52 (unofficial) in the 40-yard dash. Yeldon was clocked in the 4.5s by most people (4.55 seconds). He didn’t participate in other work outs, showing confidence in the numbers he put in at the combine. Yeldon took part in receiver drills, giving NFL scouts a taste of his versatility as a pass catcher. He is projected as a second-third round pick by CBS Sports.
FB Jalston Fowler—Overall [A]
Summary: Jalston Fowler continues to captivate NFL personnel. He improved his 40-time at pro day, running an unofficial 4.81. He did well in blocking drills, and made an incredible one-handed reception from Blake Sims. Fowler is committed to staying healthy. The 5-foot-11 fullback weighed in at 251 pounds, a 19-pound difference from where he was in the regular season (270 lbs.). He is an all-around back that can run, block and catch at the highest level. CBS Sports has Fowler being drafted in the fourth or fifth round.
WR Christion Jones—Overall [B]
Summary: Ever resilient, Christion Jones had a good pro day. He showed acceleration in the 40-yard dash, netting a time of 4.51 seconds (4.63 seconds, NFL combine). His broad jump was exceptional at 10 feet, 4 inches. Jones had some highlight catches, including a one-handed reception in the back of the end zone on a slant route.
TE Brian Vogler—Overall [B]
Summary: Brian Vogler proved to have decent speed for his size at 6-foot-7, 262 pounds. He was told that his 40-time placed in the 4.7s, but was clocked unofficially at 4.80 seconds. Vogler participated in the bench press, accounting for 17 reps of 225 pounds. He’s a traditional blocking tight end, yet Vogler isn’t a stranger to catching passes. He has a way of using his speed to find holes in the defense.
Defensive Players
FS Nick Perry—Overall [B]
Summary: Nick Perry’s performance in the 2014 season didn’t get him an NFL combine invite, however, media members and NFL personnel were impressed with him on pro day. Perry ran unofficial times of 4.62 and 4.65 seconds in the 40-yard dash, deceptive speed for a free safety. He put in seven reps of 225 pounds on the bench press, and displayed a 32-inch vertical. Perry looks to be a sixth round pick, but could very well sign onto a team as an undrafted free agent.
OLB Xavier Dickson—Overall [B]
Summary: Wednesday saw Xzavier Dickson prove himself as a fluid runner. NFL scouts witnessed his quickness in the 40-yard dash. Dickson was clocked unofficially between 4.65-4.67 seconds, a 7-second difference than his NFL combine time of 4.74. He impressed teams with his lateral movements as an outside linebacker. Potentially, Dickson could land in the NFL as a fifth or sixth round pick.
ILB Trey DePriest—Overall [C]
Summary: A meniscus surgery kept Trey DePriest from participating in work outs at the NFL combine. He was present at Alabama’s pro day, attempting the 40-yard dash, broad jump and bench press. DePriest put in 21 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press.
He had an 8’8” broad jump, and was clocked at unofficially at 4.80 seconds in the 40-yard dash. DePriest isn’t elite when it comes to speed and pass rushing capabilities, but he is a sound linebacker. He’s disciplined in gap assignments, and knows how to make plays. His draft stock sits at a fifth or sixth round selection.

WR Amari Cooper: Improved his vertical (36.0 inches) and broad jump (10’1”). Top 10 pick.
SS Landon Collins: Was available for interviews. Participated in the bench press (16 reps). Top 15 pick.
OT Austin Shepherd: Improved his 40-time (5.2 seconds). Solid footwork in blocking drills. Fourth or fifth round pick.
OG Arie Kouandjio: Attempted the 40-yard dash (5.47, 5.46 seconds). Vertical jump (25.0 inches). Broad jump (8’4”). Second or third round pick.
QB Blake Sims: Threw 50 passes, 80 percent of them accurate. Showed athleticism as a receiver. Sixth or seventh round pick.
DT Brandon Ivory: Participated in the bench press (16 reps). Ivory projects as an undrafted free agent.
OG Leon Brown: Ran the 40-yard dash (5.9 seconds). He had a 20-inch vertical and a 6’11” broad jump. Seventh round pick or undrafted free agent
