Rakim Jarett visited Tuscaloosa on Saturday and officially received an offer from Alabama. The visit and the offer were more than Jarrett expected.

Jarret talked with yours truly about his recent offer and visit to T-Town.
“It was great,” Jarret said. “It definitely exceeded my expectations. The offer was huge. It shows me that I’m the caliber of player they’re looking for.”
Jarett is a 4-star wide receiver out of Washington D.C. He holds more than twenty offers, but the Tide have managed to separate themselves from the competition.
“They’re near the top and probably one of my top schools,” Jarrett added.
The Washington-native had the opportunity to sit down with Nick Saban and get the ultimate compliment.
“It was definitely a shocking experience speaking directly to him,” Jarrett said. “It was really nice of him to say I reminded him of Amari Cooper, but tougher.”
Alabama left a huge impact on Jarrett as he already has another visit set for the Iron Bowl.
The Crimson Tide currently have one commit from a wide receiver in the 2020 recruiting class and would love to add Jarett. They are most definitely in play for this elite talent. Touchdown Alabama Magazine will keep you updated on his recruitment.
