Noticeable weight gains, losses for UA players in summer workouts

As important as the fall semester is for Alabama football and its fans, the seasons of spring and summer are just as important for Scott Cochran – its director of strength and conditioning.  

Cochran is responsible for all players year-round, and he uses the opportunity to make sure each individual remains in the best possible shape. With fall camp drawing near, rolltide.com updated the latest weight gains and losses for players on Thursday and a few of these were interesting.

While it was reported that starting quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa lost 15 pounds (going from 230 to 215), listed below are the weight changes of offensive and defensive players.
