He the team will rest its starters to get them prepared for the regular season. Tagovailoa is much better entering his second NFL season.

He is healthy again and turned in a successful training camp. His connection has grown with the receivers, and he is comfortable with the offensive coaches Miami has.

During his second preseason game, the former Alabama quarterback completed 16 of 23 passes for 183 yards with one touchdown. He led a couple of long touchdown drives and showcased his mobility despite pressure in his face.

Tagovailoa has completed 70.6 percent (24 of 34) of his passes in the preseason. He’s looked strong in practices versus the Bengals and is in a position to have a breakout year.

Dolphin fans are ready to why their team chose the native Hawaiian early during the first round of the 2020 NFL Draft.
