What did we learn about the offensive line from Alabama’s A-Day?

Alabama’s offensive line could be the team’s biggest strength in the fall.

It graduated Tyler Steen, Emil Ekiyor, and Kendall Randolph (lineman/tight end) to the NFL Draft, but the Crimson Tide returns monsters ready for Eric Wolford to use. JC Latham, Seth McLaughlin, and Tyler Booker are back as veterans. Latham started all 13 games at right tackle in 2022. Booker played at right guard and left guard while McLaughlin has experience as a center.

Darrian Dalcourt, a fifth-year senior, returns with experience at guard and center.

Elijah Prichett, a redshirt freshman, has the potential to be a big player on the line. Wolford has also recruited talented true freshmen, including Miles McVay, Kadyn Proctor, Olaus Alinen, Wilkin Formby, and Roq Montgomery. Proctor and Alinen could start on the offensive line as freshmen, but we will see what happens. The spring game taught us a lot about the line.
