Former Alabama football head coach, Mike Shula has been fired by the South Carolina Gamecocks.
Shula was South Carolina’s offensive coordinator. He served as the Crimson Tide’s head coach from 2003 to 2006.
The veteran coach has also spent time in the NFL. He has been an offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Carolina Panthers and New York Giants.
The Gamecocks promoted Shula to offensive coordinator before the start of the 2025 season.
