Alabama football’s running back, Richard Young is expected to enter the transfer portal, per multiple reports.
Young signed with Alabama as a member of the 2023 recruiting class. He played three seasons with the Crimson Tide before deciding to enter the portal.
The Florida native finished his time at Alabama with 64 rushing yards and one touchdown in 2025. He started at running back for the Tide against Florida State.
Young rushed for 234 yards and two touchdowns during his career at Alabama.
