Jaden Upshaw posted the Crimson Tide re-offered him on Thursday.
Upshaw attends Lee County High School in Georgia, and he garners a four-star rating as a 2027 recruit. He holds offers from Alabama, Georgia, Miami, Texas A&M, USC and others.
The Crimson Tide’s new wide receiver coach Derrick Nix was sure to re-offer the talented Georgia prospect after officially being announced by Alabama. Upshaw told Touchdown Alabama he is now eyeing a possible visit to Alabama at the end of this month on Jan. 31.
Alabama originally offered Upshaw in April.
“It definitely means a lot just growing up seeing all the great wide receivers come from there, just truly a dream,” Upshaw told Touchdown Alabama after the Tide offered him.
It is hard to find a wide receiver, who plays with more of an edge than Upshaw. The 6-foot-2, 202-pounder blocks like he generally enjoys getting physical with defensive backs. This, combined with his ability to be tough and explosive after the catch, makes him a talented wideout prospect.
