Saraland High School’s starting quarterback Jamison Roberts is emerging as one of the better signal-callers in the 2027 recruiting class, and his recruitment continues to trend upward as top programs take notice.
Roberts holds offers from Baylor, Oklahoma, West Virginia and others. He is set to visit Georgia for Junior Day on Jan. 17. The trip marks a significant moment for the Saraland standout, as the Bulldogs continue to show interest in his development. Roberts told Touchdown Alabama the upcoming visit is something he’s been looking forward to, and he views it as a valuable opportunity to continue building relationships.
The Bulldogs have been in contact with Roberts as of late.
As his profile continues to rise, the quarterback has no shortage of elite programs expressing interest. Oklahoma, Georgia, Auburn, and Mississippi State have all made their presence felt in his recruitment. Speaking on the attention, Roberts told Touchdown Alabama he is thankful for every opportunity that has come his way and doesn’t take any of it for granted.
“It’s not often that schools of that caliber are considering you or, let alone offering you,” Roberts said. “I can’t do nothing but thank the Lord up above.”
With strong production, leadership qualities and a grounded mindset, Roberts continues to check boxes for college programs evaluating the 2027 quarterback class.
