Georgia 4-Star RB to visit Alabama soon after receiving offer

Gary Walker wants to get to Alabama soon after recently earning an offer from the Crimson Tide.

Walker attends Creekside High School in Fairburn, Georgia, and he garners a four-star rating from most recruiting sites as a 2027 prospect. His recent offer list includes Alabama, Clemson, Florida, Indiana and Tennessee. He has official visits locked in with Florida State, Penn State, Clemson, Stanford and Virginia Tech.

Walker’s recruitment looks to be pretty open.

“It means a lot,” Walker told Touchdown Alabama after earning an offer from the Tide. “Alabama is a great school with a good history. It’s hard to take the job after Saban, but coach DeBoer has been doing his thing. He is bringing a new energy but still doing well and that stands out a lot.”

At 6-foot and 200 pounds, Walker is a physical runner who displays great vision. The 2027 recruit feels he is ‘explosive, always falling forward and is good at breaking long runs and tackles.’

Walker finished the 2025 season with 1,681 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns.
