Alabama football will be without Justin Hill and Desmond Umeozulu when the Crimson Tide takes on South Carolina.
Both edge defenders were ruled out in the initial availability report for the game.
Hill is listed as a wolf linebacker on the Crimson Tide’s depth chart, and Umeozulu is a bandit defender. Both are essentially edge defenders who typically play on the opposite line of one another and are important depth pieces for the Tide. Hill has racked up six tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss and one sack through three games. Umeozulu has six tackles and one tackle for loss to his name this season.
