Alabama Heisman Trophy winner and now Fox College Football Analyst Mark Ingram feels the Crimson Tide need to quiet the cowbells in Starkville as soon as possible on Saturday.

“It’s annoying,” Ingram said on “The Triple Option Show.” “So that’s what you do. You go in there and start fast and shut them up so they put the cowbells down. But listen, Mississippi State is for real. KT (Kamario Taylor) is for real. I think this is going to be a dogfight.”

While Ingram does expect it to be a dogfight on Saturday, he is still rolling with the Tide to come out with the win.

“I think Mississippi State makes us uncomfortable early on, ringing those ugly cowbells, but at the end, our depth, our physicality will show up in the second half. and we will reign victorious,” Ingram said.

Alabama and Mississippi State will tangle in Davis-Wade Stadium on Saturday. Kickoff is set for 11 a.m., and the game will be broadcast on ABC.
