Alabama wide receiver Noah Rogers made his Crimson Tide debut against South Carolina last weekend.

Rogers could emerge as a key contributor on the Tide’s offense following his promising debut against the Gamecocks in Week 4. The former Wolfpack star originally transferred to Alabama from NC State this offseason, but Rogers ultimately suffered a lower body injury which sidelined to begin the year.

Alabama head coach Kalen DeBoer recently took a moment to comment on Rogers’ road to recovery, as the receiver was originally expected to miss at least an extra month opposed to being healthy at the end of September.

“It happened during A day, just immediately his mind flipped to ‘Im going to be back’.” DeBoer said. “It was an attitude and gratitude for what he has here at Alabama, and he’s back much earlier than what was expected when we first were told, even when he had surgery the next day. We were expecting him probably at least another month. His personality, his attitude, this is his first time here making some plays and he brings a great spirit to our team. Everyone was happy to see him get that catch.”

Rogers hauled in one catch for 36 yards during the Tide’s 49-18 win over South Carolina. The senior was widely regarded as a massive addition to Alabama’s offense entering the 2026 season, and Rogers appears to have recovered well ahead of schedule considering DeBoer’s comments on Wednesday evening .
