Alabama fans have taken over the social media world with excitement.

Bryce Young has become the first quarterback in Crimson Tide history to win the Heisman Trophy. He earned the honor over Ohio State’s C.J. Stroud, Kenny Pickett of Pittsburgh, and Michigan’s Adian Hutchinson. Young is the fourth player in the Nick Saban era to win the Heisman — joining Mark Ingram (2009), Derrick Henry (2015), and DeVonta Smith (2020).

As a sophomore, Young led the Tide to an SEC Championship and the College Football Playoff.

He totaled 4,322 passing yards and 43 touchdowns.

Alabama fans took to Twitter to express excitement for its first Heisman-winning quarterback.
