According to a report from Matt Zenitz of AL.com, defensive back Jeffery “Scooby” Carter is back in the NCAA transfer portal.

The four-star prospect in Alabama’s 2019 class hails from Mansfield, Texas. Listed at 6-feet and 186 pounds, he played in three games last season before using his redshirt. He was in the mix to potentially be a starter in the secondary this spring.
Scooby Carter, who was a four-star member of Alabama’s 2019 recruiting class, originally went into the portal in November.
Then withdrew his name in January.
