Regardless of his program drawing the toughest 10-game, conference-only schedule, Arkansas’ athletics director Hunter Yurachek still wants a college football season. The Razorbacks have a new head coach in Sam Pittman, a new offensive coordinator in Kendal Briles, and fresh motivation to compete in the Western Division of the Southeastern Conference.
Despite the confusion in the Big Ten and thoughts of whether a season should happen or not, student-athletes across the nation have teamed up to start the #WeWantToPlay movement.
Coaches have gotten involved and a couple of athletic directors — including Yurachek — have lending their voices to the matter.
On Monday, Yurachek was featured on the Paul Finebaum Show and he believes college football ‘can survive’ the Coronavirus pandemic and have a season.

In terms of the SEC, its medical advisory group has given Commissioner Greg Sankey the green light to move forward with football preparations.
