So far in 2025, Alabama football’s defense has faced a high-powered Florida State offense coached by Gus Malzahn and a ULM offense that stood no chance against them.

The Tide will face a Wisconsin offense that could present Alabama with a multitude of looks, all in an effort to perhaps have a better showing than in 2024.

Alabama’s defensive back Bray Hubbard broke down what the Crimson Tide are seeing from the Badgers on film and what quality the Wisconsin offense exudes.

“They run about every single run game you can think of,” Hubbard said. “They do a lot in the pass game, so they’re gonna be well rounded and doing everything. They’re gonna get in 11 personnel. They’re gonna be in 12 personnel. They move their tight ends around. They got great tight ends. hey use their tight ends a lot also in 12 personnel, so we’re kind of just getting started in the game plan. They’re coach does a great job of mixing things up. They’re gonna play physical, so we got to play physical too.”

The Tide’s cornerback Zabien Brown echoed the same sentiments as Hubbard, and Brown also added that the Badgers control the ball well, have good pace and are well put together overall.

Wisconsin is currently 2-0, and the Badgers are coming off a dominant win over Middle Tennessee State, beating them 42-10. The Badgers ran for 173 yards, and quarterback Danny O’Neil had a solid performance, completing 23 passes for 283 yards and three touchdowns.

The Crimson Tide look to improve to 2-1 on Saturday when the Badgers come to Tuscaloosa.
