Alabama football players wish Crimson Tide basketball well in Sweet 16

Nate Oats has Crimson Tide men’s basketball in the NCAA Tournament for a sixth time in seven seasons.

Alabama defeated Hofstra and Texas Tech to advance to the Sweet 16 of the big dance to battle Michigan on Friday at the United Center in Chicago (Ill.) at 6:35 p.m. CT via TBS. Oats has guided the Tide to the Sweet 16 four times, including two trips to the Elite Eight and a 2023-24 trip to the Final Four. Several players from the football team are excited to watch their guys on the hardwood continue dominance. Alabama football shared a video on X, wishing the basketball team well in the matchup.

It is going to be fun to watch the Tide take on the Wolverines.

Oats is looking for his third trip to the Elite 8 with Alabama.
