Nash Johnson has confirmed his de-commitment from Alabama.
Johnson attends McEachern High School in Georgia, and he is a 2027 three-star defensive back prospect. He becomes the second 2027 prospect to de-commit from Alabama in recent weeks, joining Jabarrius Garror.
The three-star had been committed to the Crimson Tide since October. His decision leaves Alabama with three 2027 commits.
Alabama is expected to continue to recruit a long list of 2027 defensive backs with Johnson’s decision leaving them without a 2027 defensive back pledge. The Tide is in the mix for several top 2027 defensive backs at the moment, including John Meredith III, Junior James, MJ Burnett, Tavares Harrington and others.
