The Alabama Crimson Tide will be on the road for the second time this season on Saturday.

Alabama is set to face Mississippi State in Starkville, as each team has looked nothing short of elite over the first four weeks of the regular season. Bulldogs’ star Kamario Taylor will more than likely look to test Alabama’s secondary as much as possible, and the Tide will need to limit the explosive quarterback throughout all four quarters of Saturday’s contest.

Offensively, Keelon Russell and the Tide will need to operate at an extremely high level despite the expected hostile environment in Starkville. Mississippi State head coach Jeff Lebby recently commented on Saturday’s environment, as Lebby claims his team will be at a major advantage considering the noise throughout the matchup.

“I think I said it after the game, but I thought it was one of the biggest tipping points in finding a way to win Saturday night.” Lebby said. “Offensively, when your in that setting as the opponent, really hard to execute and play clean. And so for us, that is a huge advantage. Just like I said Saturday night, we are going to need it again Saturday morning at 11 a.m. And I know we’ll have it.”

Davis Wade Stadium is widely regarded as one of the tougher road environments to play in throughout the SEC. Russell could face a true test this weekend considering his lack of experience on the road, and Alabama as a whole will need to make their communication a priority considering the hostile environment in Starkville.
