The junior wide receiver for Alabama was in a horrible slump and it was at home versus the Razorbacks where he came alive. Jeudy caught a game-high seven passes from Mac Jones for 103 yards receiving and two scores.
He averaged 14.7 yards per catch in helping the Crimson Tide earn a 48-7 win over Arkansas on homecoming.
After burning LSU’s secondary for 103 yards on eight catches in 2018, the native Floridian is in position to do it again next week.
Jeudy leads Alabama in receptions (52), while coming in second to DeVonta Smith in yards (682) and scores (eight) through eight games.
He has three 100-yard outings on the year; however, he knows almost every NFL scout will be at Bryant-Denny Stadium on Nov. 9.
The former five-star is regarded as the best at his position for the 2020 draft class and he wants to prove that view as accurate. In Thursday’s airing of In My Own Words, yours truly of Touchdown Alabama Magazine dives into the importance of Jeudy breaking out of the slump and how Steve Sarkisian is going to want to establish him against the Tigers’ secondary.
