It is never too early to begin sizing up potential first-round picks for the 2022 NFL Draft.

The University of Alabama tied Ohio State for the most draft picks (10) in this year’s venue, and Alabama tied the 2004 Miami Hurricane for the most first-round picks in a single event. Since 2009, Nick Saban has placed 106 athletes in the draft — including 39 first-round selections.

He is looking forward to winning an eighth national championship and putting more guys in the league.

Four offensive tackles were selected in the first round of this year’s NFL Draft, including Alex Leatherwood at No. 17 overall to the Las Vegas Raiders. Since 2009, Nick Saban has had six tackles chosen in the first round. Evan Neal will be the seventh one as he possesses the size (6-7/360), strength, footwork, quickness, athleticism, and technique to be dominant at the next level.
