Why making tackles in space will be vital for Alabama against Georgia

Alabama is preparing for a gritty Georgia offense that runs the football with a purpose, and the Bulldogs have a philosophy that’s geared toward using every inch of the field and forcing defenses to tackle out in space.

The Tide’s defensive coordinator Kane Wommack believes the Tide’s defense has played well in space at times and said Georgia will definitely test them on the perimeter.
