Gulf Shores explosive wide receiver locking in multiple officials

Carter Davis is in the process of locking in multiple summer official visits.

Davis is one of the most explosive wide receivers in the 2027 recruiting class, and he currently attends Gulf Shores High School in Alabama. He is eyeing several spring visits to a trio of schools standing out to him.

“I got Miami, I got LSU, I got Auburn,” Davis told Touchdown Alabama.

A pair of those schools is locked in to host Davis for an official visit during the summer.

“I got Miami June 5th through the 7th,” Davis said. “I got LSU June 12th, and I’m getting a date picked for Auburn soon.”

Alabama’s wide receiver coach Derrick Nix remains in contact with Davis after re-offering him in January.

“He been talking to me about like how life works, how the college level work and stuff like that,” Davis said.

The 2027 recruit is currently listed at 6-foot and 170 pounds. He is an explosive prospect, who explodes out of his release off the line of scrimmage and continues to accelerate as he creates separation.
