Hunter Fujikawa reported an offer from Alabama football Sunday after visiting the Crimson Tide.
Fujikawa attends Mililani High School in Mililani, Hawaii, and he is a quarterback prospect in the 2028 recruiting class. Most recruiting sites list him as a three-star recruit during the early parts of his recruitment. He holds previous offers from Auburn, Oregon, Utah and others.
The Hawaii product tells Touchdown Alabama picking up an offer from the Tide is motivation for him.
“It means a lot to me,” Fujikawa said. “Alabama has such a great tradition and development at quarterback, so being recognized by a program like that is really special. I’m very grateful to the coaching staff for believing in me. This offer motivates me to keep working hard.”
The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder displays an effortless release of the football. He also flashes the ability to effectively deliver a touch pass while also being able to zip the football through coverage in some tight windows.
